Annual Eye Exams

Learn About Our Comprehensive Eye Exams

Dr. Ken is the owner and sole provider at Northglenn Optometric Center.  Our baseline annual eye exam follows the gold standard of care utilizing the latest technology.  Retinal imaging is standard and included in every annual eye exam.  Early detection and treatment of ocular disease is paramount as many retinal conditions can cause irreversible damage to the eye and vision.  This is especially important with children.  Wide-field retinal imaging was originally invented to detect peripheral retinal disease in children as detection is less reliable with conventional methods and can lead to unfortunate cases of preventable blindness.

Depending on the research, vision processing is involved in 40-60% of our brain function.  Vision dominates and will affect every aspect of a patient’s life.  Dr. Ken takes extensive time to get to know each patient so he can tailor fit vision care to his patient’s individual needs.  Everyone uses their eyes differently, therefore every patient needs a personalized solution when it comes to glasses, contacts, and ocular disease treatments.
